Abstract Submission Guidelines

The scientific committee of ISPAE 2026 invites the submission of abstracts showcasing original work, innovative ideas, and impactful contributions for presentation at the conference. This call for abstracts provides an opportunity for authors to present their research and insights to a distinguished panel of esteemed judges and subject-matter experts.

We welcome submissions from:
  • Pediatric Endocrine fellows and DM trainees
  • Pediatricians & Physicians with interest in Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Pediatric Endocrinologists and Diabetologists
  • Young consultants and registrars
  • Pediatric trainees who have a keen interest in the field of Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Diabetes educators, nutritionists, diabetes nurse practitioners
Submission categories:
  • Pediatric Diabetes
  • Pediatric Endocrinology
The following guidelines outline the instructions for abstract submission:
  • The title should be brief but adequate to identify the abstract’s nature clearly.
  • The name and location(s) where the work was undertaken must appear appropriately.
  • A maximum of 5 co-authors can be listed.
  • Structure: Introduction, Aims, Methods, Results and Discussion.
  • The body of the abstract should be no more than 300 words. References are not allowed.
  • The body of abstract needs to be in single-spacing, Times New Roman, font size 11 for uniformity.
  • Up to 1 image and 1 table with caption are allowed. They should be placed at the bottom of the abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted only through the online system only on or before July 31, 2026, by midnight Indian Standard Time (+5.30 GMT). Late submissions will not be accepted.
Note:
  • The selection of abstracts is subject to approval by the Scientific Committee.
  • Abstract must be original and unpublished work. Abstracts/papers previously published or presented at any national or international conference are not permitted.
  • By submission of an Abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organizing committee for publications.
  • 3 best papers in each category (Diabetes and Endocrinology) will be selected as ORAL PAPERS; rest may be selected for POSTER PRESENTATION.
  • Authors will receive the e-mail notification of abstract acceptance/rejection by mid-August 2026.
  • The presenting authors must register for the conference by August 31st, 2026. Failing to do so will result in withdrawal of the abstract.
  • If you wish to withdraw the abstract, please notify the secretariat by e-mail (abstractispae@gmail.com).
