On behalf of the Organising Team, I warmly welcome you to the ISPAE Mid-Term Meeting 2026 to be held on 24,25 October at Hyatt Regency, Ahmedabad.

Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes is a field going through information explosion. Perspectives are essential for accurate diagnosis, providing equitable access to essential treatments, collaboration to advance clinical and scientific knowledge, promote education, and advocate for better care and treatment for all children, adolescents, and young adults with diabetes and pediatric endocrine disorders keeping in line with ISPAE and ISPAD mission.

We are delighted to receive all of you and provide an opportunity and space for networking, collaborative learning, strategizing, and charting a way forward for improving the health of Children and Young person with disorders of Pediatric Endocrine and Diabetes in this region of the world.

The conference is designed to facilitate interactive discussions and many sessions that will provide opportunities not only to share knowledge but also make new connections. We are looking forward to hosting scholars, policymakers and implementers, practitioners, researchers, funders, students, and many others. We await to welcome you to Ahmedabad City.

Several committees are working tirelessly to make this conference a memorable experience for all of us. I do sincerely thank the committee members for the work done; the innovation, creativity, and personal sacrifices made to deliver on this front.
